We’re a little different from most law firms. In most firms a lot of the work done on your case will be performed by a paralegal, and it’s the paralegal you’ll speak with when you call, not the attorney. At Maxwell & Webb the attorneys work the cases from start to finish, and they make themselves available to speak with clients all along the way. We believe this more personalized approach benefits both the client and the attorney. The client is kept up to date with case progress, and the attorney gains a fuller understanding of the client and their case.

In personal injury cases we work on a contingency basis, which means that we do not get attorney fees unless we get you a financial award in your case.
