Both Karen and Odin are former Assistant Attorneys General (”AAGs”) of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. While AAGs, both represented the Department of Labor and Industries. As a result, Odin and Karen are well-versed in the complexities of Worker’s Compensation and most significantly, understand the Department’s motivations, strengths, and weaknesses.


	Odin Maxwell: I have been handling Workers’ Compensation issues since 1995 (as an attorney since 1997). I have extensive experience in litigating Workers’ Compensation issues.	Karen Webb: In addition to being a former Assistant Attorney General, I am also a former prosecuting attorney. This combination of experience has made me knowledgeable … and tough.
